YouLi: Transformational Software for Transformational Retreats
This year we are proud to welcome Jen Fein, CEO and co-founder of YouLi travel platform, to speak at Synergy – The Retreat Show. Jen will be sharing her unique vision on how to make sure the software you use is empowering and not overwhelming.
YouLi bookings and retreat management platform was co-founded by 3 female leaders, including Jen Fein, currently the company CEO, who hosted her destination wedding in Jordan in 2016. Jen couldn’t find simple to use platform to communicate the details of her event, manage visas, payments, flight info, dietary preferences, and many little quirks for her 30+ guests who were arriving from all over the world.
Developer by training, Jen designed the prototype of what later turned into a powerful booking system that now days aims to disrupt the group travel industry. She later tested it on a hike to Kilimanjaro. By the way, YouLi translates from Mandarin as “the power of travel” – a piece of inspiration Jen brought from living in China.

The software Jen developed together with the co-founders, Bron and Caitlin, helps any trip leader turn a travel dream into a viable business idea and yet stay focused on keeping the experience immersive and sustainable.
YouLi is designed to help non-technical retreat planners look professional and provide luxury customer experience without hiring a developer or spending hours on repetitive admin work. On top of relevant tech features, Jen’s team hosts a community of travel professionals.
YouLi clients get to create inspiring Trip Pages, white-label websites, and manage mountains of documents, which otherwise would take weeks to collect. The team partners with the industry leaders to provide unique integrations, like fully Refundable Bookings and automated cabin allocation with Custom Deck Plans.
Travelers, in turn, get a personalized Event Hub, or so-called Traveler Portal, where they can instantly check itinerary, pay an installment, complete a task on pre-assigned to-do list, or look up other attendees.
