A Synergy get-together

On Tuesday 7th December it was a joy to bring members of our community together in Cannes for a small meditative Sound Bath. Participants were delighted to unite for this deeply immersive experience, which bathed them in sound waves made by gongs, bells, and various other powerfully therapeutic instruments.

We were delighted to be able to provide this unique wellness experience, especially as for many participants it was the first time they had engaged in this type of full body listening. After the Sound Bath we continued our connection by retreating to the garden for a delicious, locally sourced meal, where the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Under beautiful bamboo plants and parasols decorated with fairy lights, many attendees commented on how valuable it was to be able to spend such quality time together, as well as doing something a bit different from their usual business networking.
